Beautiful 3-bedroom retreat is located above 320′ of private river frontage on the South Holston River; which offers excellent wade fishing and private boat access for kayaks/canoes. Great for a family getaway or a small group of anglers. This property is managed by Tailwaters Lodge and is just minutes away from their main campus, as well as theTVA’s hiking & biking trails, and theSouth Holston Dam. You can rent a pontoon boat and enjoy the waters of the South Holston Lake. Downtown Bristol TN / VA, which is the “home of country music” and the Rhythm and Roots Reunion, has many wonderful restaurants and interesting shops and is just a quick drive away. The Bristol Motor Speedway is approx. 7 miles from the Retreat. Enjoy the firepit at night after a good day of fishing, hiking, biking, or sightseeing. This is definitely a place for peace and relaxation.
Note that the Retreat is equipped with an in-house security and the Ring Camera security system. The House is located on a hill that is approx. 70′ in elevation above the river. There is a gravel/dirt road to walk down (approx an 18 – 40 % grade to reach the river. Vehicles are not allowed to drive down to the river.
